ABSTRACT I.A.H.E is a self limiting disorder of infancy urticarial & purpuric plague type lesion in the face & extrimities are its specific sign. Its etiology is unknown, however in many patients a history of preceding upper respiratory infection or drug consumption is detected. In this case of a child with 8 month aged with I.A.H.E is presented to you.
